trackCPD is now License Ally!

We're evolving to support you even better

by Chris Stack, PsyD, David Stack · Updated Feb 7, 2025

Big news! We're excited to announce that trackCPD is becoming License Ally.

This change reflects our growing commitment to being your go-to resource for all things related to your professional license.

Why the change?

When we started trackCPD, our focus was simple: streamline CPD hour tracking for California psychologists.

But we quickly realized that license needs go beyond just tracking.

Professionals need support with the entire licensure process – from continuing education and renewals to staying up-to-date on the latest requirements.

License Ally aligns more clearly with our broader mission of helping you with everything related to your licensure, not just CPDs.

We’re the same team, just with a new name.

What this means for you

  • Your hours are safe and secure. The process for logging your hours has not changed at all, just our name.
  • Even simpler CPD tracking. We have some updates in the works to further streamline the CPD entry process to save you even more time.
  • Helpful articles and resources. Expect regular articles with valuable information about CPD requirements, license renewal, and more.
  • Expanded resources. We've updated our CPD handbook for California psychologists for 2025.
  • The same first-class support you've come to expect. We’re not “under new management” or anything like that. It’s still my cousin and I running the show. All we did was change our brand name. Feel free to reach out anytime.

We appreciate your patience during this transition and are excited for what the future holds as License Ally! Chris Stack, PsyD & David Stack Co-Founders, License Ally
